1. The liquid contact part of the pump components is made of 316L stainless steel material and stamped with a special process. The casing and pump body are connected in a quick installation fully enclosed form, making disassembly and cleaning convenient.
2. The inner surface has undergone electrolytic polishing treatment, with a roughness of ≤ 0.28 μ m, smooth and rounded, and meets GMP requirements.
3. The shaft and housing sealing components are sealed with hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, pressure resistant, and acid alkali resistant.
4. The import and export connection adopts a quick installation clamp connection form, with dimensions processed according to ISO national standards, and can be connected and matched with imported equipment.
5. The impeller structure is scientific, easy to clean, and each impeller undergoes balance testing. The motor has a long service life and is equipped with explosion-proof and ordinary motors.
